At Banditsports, we stand behind our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxing.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
